quantification of Damages
Road Accident Fund (RAF) claims
Loss of Income: If the claimant was involved in a motor vehicle accident and his/her earnings potential has been negatively impacted by the accident, we quantify the amount due to the claimant by the RAF.
Loss of Support: In the case of a fatal motor vehicle accident, we quantify the amounts due to the dependents of the deceased by the RAF.
Medical Negligence claims
We quantify the amount due to the claimant because of a loss of earnings or the dependents of the deceased because of a loss of support. We also consider all future medical expenses as a result of the negligence to determine the final compensation amount.
Divorce claims
We quantify the amounts due to either or both parties as well as the dependents as a result of a divorce.
Deceased estate claims
We quantify the amounts due to the spouse and/or dependents from the deceased’s estate.
